## Billing rules

- Static forms and submissions are unlimited on every current plan.
- One respondent flow counts once after its first successful AI invocation; later AI turns in the same flow are included.
- Free's 50-conversation allowance is lifetime-scoped and does not reset.
- Paid AI allowances reset each calendar month.
- Unused AI conversations do not roll over.
- There are no automatic AI overage charges.
- When AI is unavailable or the allowance is used, the static form continues and each Qualifier follows its saved automatic fallback.
- Annual plans bill once per year at ten times the monthly price: two monthly prices less than paying monthly for twelve months.
- Taxes, currency presentation, proration, renewal, and cancellation timing are shown by Stripe before confirmation where applicable.
- Legacy Pro is not offered to new customers. Eligible existing subscribers may retain it until cancellation or selection of a current plan.

## Free capability boundary

Free includes 50 lifetime AI conversations, unlimited static forms and submissions, one workspace, unlimited notification recipients, hosted links and embeds, templates, visual branching, custom endings, analytics, CSV export, 15 MB file uploads, webhooks, AI qualification, and AI personalization.

## Paid capability boundary

Every current Pro bundle adds custom domains, logo upload, removal of Qualyo branding, fast AI mode, and no configured workspace limit. Webhooks and unlimited notification recipients are included on every plan. The four Pro bundles differ by monthly AI-conversation allowance and price.

## Buying guidance

Start with Free when the workflow can be built and tested within 50 lifetime AI-assisted respondent journeys or can remain fully static. Select the smallest Pro bundle that matches expected successful AI-assisted journeys. Do not count static submissions as AI usage, and do not describe a larger bundle as adding unrelated product features.
