Demo request form FAQ
Ask for contact and company context, company size, role, primary goal, current process, evaluation timeline, and decision role. Keep only questions that change routing, ownership, or preparation for the conversation.
Ask when size changes product fit, sales ownership, implementation needs, or the next step. Use ranges the respondent can answer quickly, and remove the question when it does not affect the workflow.

The visual graph decides the route. Optional AI can evaluate the saved qualification checkpoint, but it cannot choose the next question or redraw branching. The owner also selects an automatic fallback outcome.
Yes. Change the wording, choices, required fields, qualification criteria, presentation mode, branding, and both endings before publishing.
